What are we looking for?

We are looking for a lawyer with experience in Second Chance Law Attorney to join our team as a lawyer specialized in the Law 25/2015 of Second Chance Mechanism.

Responsabilities

• Represent our clients in legal proceedings related to the second opportunity law.

• Provide legal advice to our clients on their rights and responsibilities under the Second Chance Law.

• Research and analyze cases to develop effective legal strategies.

• Prepare and file legal documents, including lawsuits, motions and legal briefs.

• Appearing before courts and mediators on behalf of clients.

• Keep up to date on changes in relevant legislation and legal trends related to the second chance law.

Requirements

• Lawyer's degree and ICAV (ICAV).

• Previous experience in handling legal cases related to the Second Chance Law.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Commitment to professional ethics and excellence in legal practice.

• Minimum experience: At least 1 year.
