2.Intellectual and industrial property

1. In general, the contents, structure, design and form of presentation of the elements (texts, graphics, images, files, logos, combinations of colours and any element susceptible of protection) are protected by intellectual or industrial property rights, owned by KOVA BUILDER, by itself or as assignee of these rights.

2. The reproduction, transformation, distribution, public communication, making available to the public and, in general, any other form of exploitation, partial or total, of the elements referred to in the previous section are prohibited. These acts of exploitation may only be carried out with the express written authorisation of KOVA BUILDER and which, in any case, must make explicit reference to the ownership of the aforementioned intellectual property rights of KOVA BUILDER.
   

In this sense, the User is authorised solely and exclusively for private and personal use of the content of the Website, provided that the intellectual and industrial property rights are respected. Under no circumstances may the User remove, alter, evade or manipulate any protection devices or security systems that may be installed.

The User undertakes to make correct use of the website in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User shall be liable to KOVA BUILDER or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a consequence of non-compliance with this obligation.

2. 3. Extract and/or reuse all or a substantial part of the Contents of the website, as well as the databases that KOVA BUILDER makes available to the Users.

3. Data collection forms

Without prejudice to the provisions of the "Privacy Policies" accessible from the website and which may be applicable at any given time, the use of certain services or requests addressed to KOVA BUILDER may be conditional upon the prior completion of the corresponding form.
